Our values

We’re on a mish to be your go-to ethically made threads so you can look good, feel good and do good.

- Owen, Founder of Goodas

Wear your values. We put it right on the cover, but what does it mean? We tie everything we do into three values. We want you to look good and feel good while doing good. If you’re the conscious shopper who appreciates the finer things while caring for people and the planet, welcome home.

Look good

Our classic designs with a minimal aesthetic are ideal for a simplified capsule wardrobe to mix and match. We craft everything to a high standard with attention to detail. You’ll feel and see the difference to make you look a million bucks. You’ll be strutting your stuff with your head held high.

Feel good

Fun fact. Did you know fabrics like nylon are made from oil and not very breathable? That’s why we prioritise natural fibres like cotton and linen which feel great on the skin and are more breathable for warmer climates. When other fabrics are needed like polyester for swim shorts, we choose recycled where possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Do good

Hold on, this is going to be a long one.

When you shop with us you’re directly contributing 1% to the planet because we really give a shit about the environment. In addition we offset carbon for all orders, choose biodegradable or recyclable packaging and opt for organic or recycled fabrics whenever we can.

All clothes are ethically made. Ethical manufacturing is a term that gets thrown around a lot and can mean many different things. For us, it’s working exclusively with clothing factories that have third party certification like BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) or SEDEX which verify practices like no child labour and fair working conditions.

Still with us? High five. One last thing. We put our money where our mouth is by giving away money to initiatives that’s aligned to our values through Goodas Grants.

Please hold us accountable to these values. We’re on a mish to be your go-to ethically made threads.
